is the brand new thing we’re coming up with. It’s a slower paced class with minimal exertion. It focuses mainly on explaining the technique of each exercise and if you are just starting out with barre technique, we definitely recommend giving this class a try.We can also recommend it to more advanced clients who already have the technique down pat. For them, the lesson will be very intense, because the slow pace builds more strength in the muscles.

BARRE LIGHT is practiced in our studio every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm with our wonderful Dominika.
