until February 10th, you need to pay ½ as a deposit, i.e. 1,600. The second half just needs to be paid on the day of the first workshop, i.e. 26 February. In case of cancellation of your participation, after paying the deposit, we will not refund the payment, nor after the start of the course.
Topic: Abdomen and its excess.
The workshop will be focused on the CORE – the center of the body, its functions during exercise and beyond. We will focus in depth on abdominal exercises using the Pilates principle, which over time will return the correct movement stereotypes to your body. You will learn to breathe correctly and understand why breath is so closely connected with everything that happens in our body. We also talk about eating habits, tips and myths.
Sunday – 26.3.
Theme: From the foot to the waist
On the second Sunday of the workshop, we will start from the floor. We will take a thorough look at the foot and the technique of working with it and how the position of the foot affects the rest of the body. We will discuss the position of the entire legs in relation to the knees and hips and how the legs are connected to the lumbar spine. You will understand how to properly practice these parts and we will explain the importance and principles of proper stretching.

Topic: The back ends in the final toes
The last Sunday will belong to our backs, which often carry more than we want to carry. We will explain the correct posture, the functions of the spine and how to prevent pain, what is transferred pain and how to get rid of it. That hands are never “just” hands and that even the neck needs to be taken care of with proper stretching.
What to take with you?
Wear something comfortable to the lessons to make you feel comfortable. Keep in mind that we will not only practice for 2 hours, but we will also talk a lot. Drinks will be provided, as always. After each lesson, we will sit together at the table, which will be full of healthy goodies. I recommend a notebook if you want to keep the information. Please contact us if you have any questions.
