I am an energetic woman, sister, wife, coffee, food, wine, and travel enthusiast. But above all, I am a mom to a little son, who has helped me rediscover the world. Movement has been, is, and always will be a part of my life. It’s just in my blood. As an instructor of Pilates, yoga, and barre, I am constantly on the move. I am fascinated by what the body can handle and achieve, which is why I advocate for healthy, mindful movement and quality care for both the body and mind. In my barre classes, you can expect a kind, unique, and nurturing approach. And most importantly, a positive energy that will uplift your spirits.
